At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Rex’s stubby tail wagged even faster, if that was possible, and his fur puffed up proudly when the mostly lightly pelted femme addressed him. "I’m the amazing Rex," he yipped happily, looking up between both strangers and giggling, bouncing up and down. He hadn’t seen other wolves in a while and the excitement made his muscles quiver. "Who’re you?" Lady Violet stood shocked, as usual, at her young pup’s bold nature. It wasn’t like her or any of her old pack to be so forward. She supposed he had inherited it from his father, along with the scruffy coat that was so differently from her almost perfectly placed pelt. She let a small sigh escape her as she moved forward to offer an apology for her son’s interrupting them. She was a little late, however, as another femme had already approached and spoken up before her. The Lady noticed she seemed kind, if a little withdrawn, as she introduced herself. She wasn’t too worried about Rex; he didn’t seem to be in any danger from these wolves. "I’m Rex," said pup barked to all three strangers, not caring who’d asked or if they even wanted to know. "Forgive my little son," Lady Violet told the other wolves, her voice soft and gentle, bowing her head slightly to them, "He has yet to understand personal boundaries.
