Re(4): MOUNTAIN LION IN MONSON MA

Cici, My dog also is fawn and looks like a deer. She is a mini pit weighing only 40 pounds. She is feisty and I'm thinking she would chase it. She can run faster than the wind. I am mostly concerned about my grandchildren who should be coming for dinner tomorrow. I am not letting them out my sight. Again, I heard the coyotes hunting out in my yard last night. I would like to find a way to get them to leave because they could be dinner for that mountain lion. I have never seen a skunk here and only one rabbit. Small morsels don't last long here. Maybe once they eat everything they will finally leave.

There was a lot of talk at my work this week about one of my coworkers having a mountain lion in his yard in Easthampton MA. He took a picture and I was amazed at the size and strength of that thing. I am a believer now that they are around.

I tried to find tracks in the area she said she saw it but the ground is frozen and there wasn't anything to see. I am too afraid to walk in the woods looking for scat. When it snows it will definitely make it easier too see something.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU AS WELL!
