The ginger male felt horrible. Not only did his tall frame ache and feel like a brick, but he had hurt Noor more. He trembled as Noor attempted to speak, failed then buried her face into his chest. He had to highly resist flinching, his larger open wound still bled freely and his body; it was still in fight mode. His back was still to the burning canine, but his senses told him that the dog wouldn’t be attacking again based on the cries and yelps coming from him. He was hurting, it brought a great sense of pleasure to the dual colored brute, something he never thought he would feel if he would have hurt another. Noor’s dry sob though brought his thoughts back around to the fem he so dearly cared about. He felt horrible, he couldn’t imagine what she had thought watching him fight and hurt the brute, he was certain he didn’t look anything like himself…

“I’m sorry.” The two words shook as they came from his maw. He was sorry though, sorry he wasn’t there next to her to protect her from that deviant and sorry that he had only upset her more. “I’m so sorry, Noor.” He loved the fem, more so than he probably did most of his family. She had been with him for a while, and though he certainly thought she was pretty upon first meeting, he never thought that it would become more. Funny. He had dreamed about her doing this to him, but the circumstances… they were quite different. As the brute continued shrieking and Ryu became a little faint, he knew it was time to get out of there.

“Come on,” He pressed into Noor, to urge her away from the burnt dog, “We are going to get you some healing.” He said gritting his teeth. Now that he had held still, he could feel where the brute had gotten a good hold on him aching worse than ever, not aided by blessing use. He moved forward, doing his darnst to keep himself from gimping on the leg closest to the wound, he knew that would have some pretty bad scarring later… But he knew Noor’s would be far worse. He worried for her, but for now they just needed to put as much distance between themselves and the crazy dog as they could. Hopefully Renga could find them later. She would be find he was sure, to be honest he hadn’t spared the dragon much thought right now. Noor. She needed help and he was going to make up for his screw up.
