Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.
Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

he felt her warmth and he sighed deeply, inhaling her sweetness. his eyes drifted shut and he was lulled by the gentle bumping of her heart. in his dream, he was surrounded by the pack. they weaved around him, congratulating him; for being a father, for the position, except one was missing. he followed his lover’s scent through his dream, stumbling along until he reached a tucked up little den; it was dug out and as he slipped inside he could smell milk and warmth. nestled into the earth, he saw lanaya, snuggled up with five little pups. there was one little pure crimson one, two with deep grey coats, one with a mix of coffee, toffee, and charcoal, just like it’s mother, and then one with black and crimson fur, like his. she lifted her head, smiling at him, then speaking; hello, alpha. meet your children. he woke with a start, noticing that she was sleeping. he slipped away briefly, stepping out in the snow. the snow was up to his shoulders and he dashed through, leaping over the great bounds. The snow continued to fall, though it was a bit better now, less a crazy blizzard. he relieved himself and then hurried back to the warmth of his lover; shaking away snow and then curling back up with her, hopeful that she would be asleep still. lulled once again by her steady heartbeat, he soon fell back asleep. this is how i speak.
