I don';t know why there should be any anomosity! I lobbied the Trustees to pay ALL of the eligible benificiaries at the same time they paid the Opt-Outs as we ALL deserved that money.The Insurance Co. should pay for the Trustees error, I feel it is ALL of our problem due to our apathy, by not attending the Board Meetings, learning what is going on and showing our strength. I was as bad as anyone until September 2011, when I started attending and learning what is going on.We need many more to attend these Board Meetings and show our numbers to the Trustees, so please try to attend. This could have been settled a long time ago for $30,000( less than $25.00 per eligible retiree (I will pay $25.00 to get $7500.00 any time I can). It is now over $1,000,000.00 and growing.
