Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

If it’s something you wish to put behind you, maybe you should. Bjomolf frowned a little at that, russet eyes seeming to look past her as he lost himself momentarily in thought. The mighty wolf had always been akin to a warrior. Never was he as bloodthirsty as those he worked with, rather gentle at heart despite the stubbornness, yet his larger than average size meant looked to other wolves as though he were designed to intimidate. His strong muscle could propel him forwards at quick speeds and large paws could harm younger wolves if he wasn’t careful. Packs he’d tried out before entering this forest had been quick to manipulate the power the collected brute held within, yet it never suited him.

"It is not so easy to let go of something that has been a part of you your whole life," he responded, focusing his gaze back to the femme as he spoke. His ears twitched at her sarcastic response to his next comment, resisting the urge to roll his eyes. Trace really did have unpredictable reactions to things. As she dipped into a play bow, a small smirk appeared on the male’s face. He hadn’t played with another in a long time, and now it wasn’t really his sort of thing. He stood, looking toward the shelter of the forest. He had noticed the slight shiver of her frame, her pelt thinner than his and body mass smaller. "Sorry," he spoke calmly, "I’m not really one for play."

Bjomolf made to walk past her, towards the slightly warmer forest, but halted once he was beside her. "However, it would not be so bad to participate in a race. Perhaps to Staircase Falls?" He knew the run would warm them both up, and his destination was well within the shelter of the forest. With those words spoken, he kicked out his paws to the side in a quick attempt to knock her off balance and give himself the advantage, before moving forwards with all his strength and disappearing into the forest.
