The pension administrator has provided me with a statement regarding the 2nd DCA ruling. "In the Parker lawsuit, the Second District court of Appeals has reversed the lower court's ruling that the pension fund must pay Mr. Thomas's attorney's fees. There are two deadlines from the 12/05/12 decision that must expire, 15 and 30 days respectively for rehearing or appeal, before the Hillsborough County Circuit Court will take action consistent with the Second DCA's ruling. It would be premature to speculate as to potential future activities or rulings at this time."
In all fairness to Ms. Campbell, she attempted to get this information to me earlier but we had miscommunicated with each other. Replies: There have been no replies.
