Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.
A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

Just as Cai nuzzled her three children tenderly she heard footsteps padding up beside her. She turned round to see Tally limping towards the small gathering. The lass could see that she was in pain from her recent injuries and as she sat next to her, Cai turned to nuzzle her gently. She licked her cheek before focusing on her injuries. “Have you been taking the herbs like Moth told you?” Before she had time to continue another femme hobbled towards them, although this time it wasn’t through injury. Dib had been born with a deformed leg but it didn’t seem to cause her too much trouble and hadn’t as of yet caused problems with other wolves. God help the wolf that ever picked on Dib because of her leg, as they would not only have Dib herself to deal with but her Mother as well and Cai would not take it easy on a wolf that upset her daughter.
The femme watched as all of her children embraced each other. She chuckled slightly as her youngest daughter nipped her oldest son’s ears asking him where he had been. There were just two wolves missing from her family. RedRust and their second son Hachi. He was so scared and traumatized at every little thing that she wondered how he could have survived on his own. Hopefully Red had found him and cared for him as well but if not she feared that he could be dead.
Cai watched her little family. Her pups were no longer pups. They were growing into fine young wolves but still had much to learn. Maybe in the summer Cai could take them all hunting and show them a trick or two. She knew that they would have already probably gone hunting but as an old pro she could maybe show them a thing or two they didn’t know. “Chidori, do you know where your father is? Or Hachi. Did he leave with you?”
