Parker's Motion for Rehearing

Attorney Wayne Thomas has filed a Motion for Rehearing at the Second District Court of Appeals. He feels that they erred in their judgment and his motion asks the court to grant a rehearing, vacate the decision and issue a new decision affirming the trial court. In a nut shell, he does not think it is a correct ruling that the retirees should have to pay for his fees. As it stands now the 2nd DCA ruled All eligible retirees and surviving spouses for the Parker 13th check must pay attorney fees to Attorney Thomas.

Later this evening I will send a copy of John Parker's Motion for Rehearing to President Tommy DePolis for him to share with his members.
