At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

AZA - STEP BACK; THINK

Muscles were plenty on her body; they were not too large to make her look peculiar or slightly misshaped and in a fight she would have enough agility to make her escape. All she needed was a bit more wit and she would be complete. Yes now she needed to train her mind skills, she was not ‘ready’ quite yet in her mind. Aza wished to have a high rank in a pack, all she wished was to serve an alpha – leading was not her thing. Being a beta would make her happiest, pups and mates would wait; she had no interest in those kinds of things when she could have a pack doting on her. Being depended on; yes, that was the best thing ever in her books. What could be better than pleasing others, and feeling pride and being literally soaked in gratitude? Well, many things to you or me but to Aza nothing could be better, apart from getting that beta rank. But alas, my dear readers I am now rambling; on with the plot line now. And it appears we have one or two visitors; both brutes and both unwelcomed by Aza who was not appreciative.
Aza’s cranium turned slowly when the scent of an unknown stranger filled her nose. A deep growl was rumbling in the pit of her muzzle. She just wanted some time to herself but no some goof ball brute had to come along and introduce himself. “Great,” she muttered, his voice rough and sour. She cleared her throat and stared silently at the ebony coloured wolf. She did not smile or shy away but stood and gained an honourable posture. The wolf declared himself as Midnight Air which to her was a rather peculiar name. “Right,” she said, “and Midnight Air, what reason do you have for gaining my attention? I am merely a simple wolf enjoying some ALONE time when you invade – sorry – bless me with your company.” Her tongue was harsh and sour and she had no time for being polite, she had to rid herself of this parasite. “Excuse me one moment Air; I have another leach to deal with. It appears I am very popular this evening does it not.” There was no change of tone in her voice; she had little tolerance for chit-chat. Her company was enough to keep herself going without being smothered, literally.

Her appendages lead her over to the hiding place that the ‘leach.’ Aza smiled, it wasn’t a real one but a simple and obvious forced one. “Hello dear parasite, how very terrible to see you here. State your reason then scoot your over-muscular butt out of here.” She said, all of the time holding her forced, cringed smile. “Or perhaps you are looking for my other leach, Midnight Air he calls himself. Ever heard of heard of him because you would make a lovely and annoying double act.” She finished with a hissed word and turned with a harsh sigh.

“See you later my dear mice.”
