NAME: Bark/He Who Chases The River

APPEARANCE: Bark is what some would call average. He is a Gray Wolf and stands about 31 in. at the shoulder and weighs about 82 lbs. His is a well-balanced wolf of both speed and endurance with slightly longer legs and a round chest that holds powerful lungs. He paws are rough and hard from years spent on the mountains and he muscles have toned out to show in his legs. He can run for miles without tiring, but short bursts of speed are all he can do. All in all, Bark is a well-rounded wolf who leans slightly more towards endurance then speed but both come easy to him.

Bark's fur is a mixture of whites, grays, and blacks. His main color is gray with white on his underside, legs and chin. There is black mixed in with the gray but it is most present on the tips of his ears and tail. His coat is thick and short after living in the tall mountains all his life. It does not grow much in fall and it hardly sheds much in fall so the summer heat can cause him a bit of trouble.

PERSONALITY: Bark is a silent wolf of the "old ways." He does not speak only because he does not know how having never learned and never feeling a need to learn. Bark talks with his body and by making wolf noises. He is a loyal wolf, following who he thinks is the strongest wolf and who will bring the most to the pack. He does not do well on his own as he longs to be with others of his own kind. Is not afraid to defend his home and pack mates simply because he does not know any other way. Bark is a true wolf of Mother Nature and will do as she commands.

HISTORY: Bark lived in Solevion for most of his life. When the end came, he ran to his family in Judila and tried to save as many of his family as he could. He was able to grab Whimper, his daughter, and save her. He does not know what happened to the others.
