At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

Winter Shadow walked the edge of the lake. She watched wolves talk and engage with each other. She heard snippits of conversations and stories. She just kept walking, she didn't want to be intrusive. She started to think of her family that she had left behind.
A tear rolled down her face, she missed them alot, her brother Fall Leaf. He had always been a huge part of her life. Her mother and father, the alphs of the pack that she had come from, they never argued with her descision to leave. She was happy she wanted to see more in life. Her pack loved and regret that they let her leave but she was a free spirit and they didn't want to make her unhappy. She had, had love once, his name was Rain Drops, she had left him for this. She told herself she would never love another wolf like she had loved him. She had told him to stay with the pack and become their leader but he didn't want to rule without her. She hoped he hadn't followed her but she couldn't ever be certain if he did. She dried her tears, "Be happy." She told herself "You chose this life now live it in happiness."
Winter Shadow stopped walking and sat down and looked at her reflection. Her amber pools stared back at her. She hoped another wolf would come talk to her. She was to shy to make the first move. Replies:
