At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

AZA - STEP BACK; THINK

The ‘sweet’ gazers of the noticed took in on how one word (monster.) shook him and made him so angry, it made him yell at her – causing the girl to step back in awe. She was far too proud to apologize, even a simple sorry felt even too farfetched with her for being the direct speaker. “Um,” she mumbled, turning away with a sudden feeling of guilt suffocate her. Her face however, did not change; it was as hard and as cold as ever. She did not look at him like he was an alien; she did not even look sympathetic… She was emotionless… You see my dear reader, inside she was sympathetic – she did not comprehend why, for she knew nothing of this stranger. Parasite, oversized brute, leech. He had not reacted in such a way to those words; it was ‘monster’ – which was the one word that he had thrown a fit against but why? She did not know what quite to say, so she simply looked at him – no emotion, no words and no empathy. ‘I’m sorry,’ or ‘are you alright?’ – Those few words are what most wolves would say, but Aza knew that wasn’t her nor was it this tough brute.

It soon settled down and Aza returned to watching her reflection in the water, the silent ripples changing, morphing her face. She had said a few words claiming that she was in no mood for a fight and that she would fight him tomorrow onwards. He felt proclaimed rather gallantly that he did not fight females. “And why is that?” She yawned, huffing – she had a rather dislike to males who put all females into a corner of weakling – she was no weakling. They acted too much like a gentlemen like – sexist pigs more like. “I’ll fight you any day.” She thought to herself, judging his face to see any reaction, any twitch but there was nothing. He was a wolf like herself, minus the sexist part – blocked out emotions and settled with being the hard case. She never really understood why she was always sarcastic or why she didn’t trust people. Wolves never really got to know her – no one admired her or gave her honour, which was all she wanted as a pup. Admirers, honour and when she got nothing like that she chose to train up her muscles and be one of the strongest – they envied her.

‘We all feel incomplete without a pack. We are wolves for Tor sake. We are meant to be in packs.’ – Those were the words that the muscular titan insisted when he caught on to her mumbling words, this almost – almost made her laugh. She sighed and nodded with a raised eyebrow. “Oh dear, I guess I am a wolf, thank you for telling me that.” She said calmly with a tone of deep sarcasm. Sarcasm – it’s a funny thing, saying one thing but meaning another – most wolves consider it rude and obviously Aza paid no attention to them, stubborn fool. “It doesn’t matter; I’m going to join a pack soon.”

It was true – she missed being in a pack, having the sadness or happiness of the pack suffocate you; though that doesn’t sound too nice but perhaps I have explained it without passion. Aza loved mixing in with the scent, using her skill to help in defending the terrain or helping with the feeding of pups. “What was your rank?” She asked, her head turning hesitantly, “I was dream of beta, but was made a lower rank, still, I was the best hunter.” She explained, her chest puffing out slightly. She was aware that he was not one of the chattiest and nor was she but did not wish to sit in an awkward silence either. Aza wasn’t planning on any of this friendship ‘cuteness,’ either; the brujo did not even have the knowledge of her name for Tor’s sake!

In fact Aza despised the males and females who met a wolf opposite sex and then fall absolutely besotted with them. And then the following day they are already mates and planning for pups! She found it stupid and disgusting at how wolves can suddenly just rush into things such as that. And she hated how wolves could let their guards down like that, especially with strangers they have just met. She did not know this brutes name and he did not know hers and that is the way it would always be – they were not friends, not acquaintances and not even enemies. That was the truth in the matter – it would always be her views in the matter. She could understand letting your guard down after a month or two, falling in love after a year or so, having pups after two years but not in a day! It was despicable.

Word Count: 807 - managed to make it longer. :D
