At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

Venix was being tugged down to the murky depths of a deep sleep when he heard a howl. He opened one eye, the clouds shading the sun. It was neutral weather, the lake lapping at the shore. He yawned, pissed he wasn't able to actually get a good sleep. Venix was a good wolf, though, and he knew pain when he heard it. As he walked out of the tree hollow, he saw a thick trail of blood. The tracks of the injured wolf were uneven, giving the clue it was walking on a gait. He followed the trail untim his paws hit the warm sand. He saw the crystal blue water lapping onto a femme... was it the girl he'd been looking for for a long time? He swiftly made his way to the injured wolf, seeing it was Horizon. He nuzzled her and murmured softly in her ear, "You got beat. It's ok; as long as we have eachother we'll be ok." He was honestly very mad at himself for not taking the challenge for his mate. He started to lick up some of the dry blood from her fur, wincing at all the injuries. Replies:
