At the densest section of the forest, there is a brief clearing where a steady flow of water streams down the slippery stone staircase. The water here is cool and refreshing. Staircase Falls has been rumoured to be the place where reality is met by magic; where peaceful spirits dwell. They are rumoured to have healing powers that are used to help the desperately hurt, though no one has experienced this, except for, perhaps, Kaive.

Haji's stocky frame blends in with the mist from the falling waters as he slowly walks by the waters edge. Step by slow step he makes his way along the path of the beautiful falls. Usually this walk was no problem for him, but after the past few months everything seemed harder. Haji left his mate with a promise, a promise that will be back for after his revenge was dealt. He wouldnt have been able to live with himself if the wolf that killed his family killed the love of his life aswell, so he left on a relentless hunt.
His travels lead him many miles away from the security of Blossom Forest, to unknown lands but he never halted for a moment he knew what he had to do. Faylinn was his new lease on life, she was his motivation to keep going, searching for her all over the forest. A slight scent lead him here, it was not strong enough to give him a clear direction or even the I.D. of the wolf. Haji hoped this scent would lead him to his mate, he wanted to keep his promise to her but was not sure if she would still be waiting for him. His sore paws carried him higher and higher up, the scent getting stronger and now having a odd hint to it. That odd hint of odor was the scent of a she wolf in heat, he prayed that if it was Faylinn no onle else had captured her heart. "Faylinn! Faylinn!" His howl echoed through the falls as his pace quickens, he just knew it was her! "Faylinn!" Haji now running comes upon the source of the sweet sweet scent, his lovely mate. He nervously stops short to sniff the air for any hint that another male has been here or is around, and awaits for her reaction to his presence. "My love..."
