Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

How lonely is the night without the howl of the wolf?
IP: 94.170.199.94

Luckily the brute listened to the ess as she told him to push on her command. He seemed to push with his entire mite which helped the ess a lot. The pair fell backwards to the safety of the mountain just before the ledge tumbled down the ravine. The lass’ heart beat out of her chest. She had just saved someone from falling to their death and the femme couldn’t help but thank the wolf gods for giving them both the strength they needed to survive.

As the two wolves sat, trying to catch their breath after the terrifying ordeal, Channing noticed that the lad glanced slightly over to her something clear on his mind. To be honest she couldn’t blame him for day dreaming. After what he had been through she had no doubt he was reconsidering his goals in life. As her panting began to slow down and become less evident the lass stood. When they had fallen backwards they had separated somewhat and she was sure that right now the lad could do with some comforting. She moved slowly towards the male, her tongue still hanging out of her mouth although the panting had near enough stopped. The timber hued ess stopped next to the male, close enough to give him a tender lick to let him know everything was going to be alright, but not close enough to crowd him.

As she sat on her haunches and began to relax somewhat after her muscles had sprung into action, she noticed Jayce shoot her a very weak smile, before he started to speak. He thanked her for saving his life before stating that she may have been the only wolf that had saved him. Channing shot a sympathetic glance his way. Did he have no family? No-one to care for him? The vixen nudged the brute’s side gently before smiling at him. “You’re welcome. I wasn’t about to go letting you fall off the cliff now was I?” She paused thinking about the last comment that had come out of the brute’s maw. “I’m sure your family and friends would have done the same thing, wouldn’t they?” The lass cocked her head to the side before realising that maybe, just maybe, he had no-one. A knot of guilt tightened in her stomach. How could she have been so stupid? She couldn’t do anything but smile slightly at him, trying to comfort him the best she could.

“Listen. You shouldn’t put yourself down about things. I was here today. I saved you and that just shows that someone cares for you. If I didn’t care about you, I would have just let you fall.” Channing was best known for her advice and ability to cheer people up. But this situation was different. Usually the wolf she was comforting hadn’t just had a near death experience. It was starting to become colder at the top of the cliff, and in the distance the Misty Mountains could be seen; snow clear on their peaks. The femme’s tail curled round her paws, trying to keep them warm. It was at times like this that she was glad she had a thick coat to keep her somewhat warm. She turned to face the brute, watching his face to see how he would react. Maybe, just maybe, Channing had fallen upon the beginnings of a new friendship.
