The Sacramento International Film Festival (SFF) is an arts organization with year round activities, culminating in an annual film celebration in April of 2013.
SFF organizers offer programming and events for film enthusiasts of all backgrounds. With the support of a passionate arts community, SFF attracts the best filmmakers, today's hottest stars, distinguished industry guests and thousands of film enthusiasts from around the world.

We are currently accepting submissions for the 2013 Sacramento International Film Festival. Use the link for the Film Entry Form below. Be sure to read the Submission Guidelines first:
Categories of Entry:
There are three main categories of entry for this festival, short form (under 20 minutes total running time), long form ( 20 minutes to an hour total running time), and features, (over one hour total running time), plus special Showcases.
Please make certain that you have specified which genre(s) your film falls under, in your Online Project Form. A genre helps our judges to identify the film's content. All styles of film will be accepted for review.
Employees and board members are prohibited from entering. By acceptance of these rules and submission to our festival, the entrant certifies that he/she has sole legal authority to enter into this agreement.
The festival holds no responsibility for lost tapes or films. Preview tapes are non returnable. Screening films or tapes will be returned only with proper return postage or arrangements made at film maker's expense.
Awards: Awards and acknowledgments for best International film, best short, best local short, and the "Visionary spirit" best overall film will be awarded at the festival.

Please submit a preview copy of your film on DVD with your completed application form. DVDs must be NTSC standard for the US. No PAL tapes or other formats will be accepted for preview. Sound must be 2 channel mono or stereo, 48 hz 16 bit. If accepted, you will be contacted to provide a final screening copy on one of the accepted formats.
All final exhibition prints must be submitted on one of the following formats: 35mm, DVD, Bule ray, DV cam or mini DV with the same provisos listed above. No other formats will be accepted for screening prints.
