"I wanted to touch base concerning the F & P fund and Bowen, Hanes if something were to happen to me. We have a team of four senior professionals with decades of experience in the money management business. In fact, my close associates Borden Hanes and David Kelly have been with us a combined total of over 45 years. Basically, if I left the scene the portfolio management of the fund would be handled by my associates who would employ the same long-term, high quality approach that we have always pursued. We have a team effort with input from everyone. While I am President and chief investment officer, my colleagues are well versed in our style and approach and would continue down that path. The portfolio consists of high quality, liquid securities which are held by your custodian, Wells Fargo. If the Board became dissatisfied with the management of the fund, they have complete flexibility to make a change as all we require is four days written notice to cancel our agreement.
