Where- MacQueens Indoor Cycling Studio, www.macqueens.com
When: Friday, February 1st to Friday, March 8th. 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm. Start your weekend with fitness first!
Who: anyone looking to improve their running and fitness
Instructor: Marian Grant

New Indoor Cycle Class at Macqueens with Marian: Tuesdays 6:45 am -7:30 am, Tabata format, short intense intervals. If you are an adrenalin junkie, your sure to enjoy this format. Must have good cardiovascular fitness to participate.
