Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Winter Shadow had been in Blossom Forest for awhile; it seemed she needed somewhere to stay; just a place to call home and come for peace and solitude. Her footsteps came closer to the ever thickening scent of the border. Her nose became over whelmed by the smell of some many.

All sorts of scent filled the area, some friendly other not so much. An intruder could be smelled and their scent was fairly new. She wondered if this pack had been the right choice for her. She pushed the thought away; all the other packs had seemed too mushy or to harsh but Bright Moon seemed to fit her needs. Her nose hit the border line and she backed away instantly hoping she hadn't crossed the line. She sat for short bit thinking about her journey here to Blossom Forest. It hadn’t been too terrible, really it was a pleasant trip she had enjoyed most of it. The “most” part came from when she had first left her home pack the Alarian Angel pack. Her reason for leaving was considered absurd by her family and previous lover, Rain Drops. She had never liked where she was and she was bound to take the thrown when her father and mother died. She felt trapped and obligated to do duties that should have been for the wolves of the pack. Her spirit begged for freedom and she wanted to follow her dreams. Her brother Fall Leaf had repeatedly told her that if she left he would follow her; she eventually got him to promise not to follow her but she knew it was a shallow promise that would be broken with time. How long it would be she did not know and her former lover was the most upset by her departure. They were star crossed lovers when they first met and they were destined to fall out as predicted by the Healer of the pack. They ignored the warning and fell nose over paws for each other; they had a future or so she thought. Everything was perfect until they were chosen to take the thrown together; Rain Drops was an aggressive wolf and did everything to get what he wanted. Winter Shadow was a gentle soul only wanting to escape her trapped life. Rain Drops became a power hungry wolf and was not the wolf she had fallen for. She dreaded the day they would be Crowned and so she planned to escape. Her brother helped her, he knew she needed to get away from Rain Drops or he might hurt her or even kill her. Fall Leaf had watched as she had escaped under the cover of the night, her pelt blending with the dark shadows. Tears escaped both their eyes, and empty silence had filled her presence.
Fall Leaf covered for her the next morning; anger radiated off of Rain Drops pelt and he lunged for Fall. Fall leaped out of the way; the pack watched in horror as the two started to fight. Fall Leaf won and he banned Rain Drops forever but he decision was later regretted as he thought about what might happen to his sister. Winter Shadow had already gotten to Blossom Forest though and Fall Leaf could only hope for the best. He eventually broke his long held promise and followed after Winter Shadow and Rain Drops.
Winter Shadow came back into reality; her orbs focused on the terrain in front of her. She sighed it was finally time to make the final decision. Her maw rose into the sky and let out a long forgotten sound, her howl. She lowered it as her howl faded into silence; her eyes watched for any signs of instant movement but detected nothing. She sat down and looked around *Patience is necessary in a moment like this* she thought quietly. He pelt shimmered in the light and a lone tear escaped from her eye.
