Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Curiosity welled within Banner as Yakone began her story. Her brows furrowed in confusion, trying to keep up. Her new friend’s version was much more abstract than the other wolf Banner had heard from, but the basics seemed to be the same. In her mind’s eye, Ban could see the sky bleeding crimson as fire crashed into the earth. She shivered involuntarily.

Yakone’s worried stare bore into Banner and the pale wolf’s heart clenched for the other she wolf. She looked up to the sky, which was thankfully purple rather than red. The sun had touched the tips of the trees surrounding the creek and begun to sink past them. Though it was still light, Ban saw that the first sprinkle of stars had come out. Looking to the brightest of them, Banner resolved herself and turned back to Yakone.

“Yes.” She agreed solemnly, not even quite sure what she was promising but wanting to help all the same. “I’ll help you find the star.” A star on earth. Banner couldn’t picture what it would look like. In her puppy mind she imagined a bright sphere of light hovering among the trees. Perhaps. “Not that I’d have any idea where to start.” The girl added with a sheepish grin.
