During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

a small touch of happiness

The world was changing. Kobato herself was changing. From a silly young miss to a beautiful teenager that was learning more and more about her surroundings with every passing minute. As of now, Serris was greeting more new pack members than he had in total of the past year. The embodiment of happiness was pleased with this. Her work was coming to a close with Serris… which sent a pang of sadness running through her toffee portals, but she also knew that she had the hearts of many others to go and heal—and after all, it had been her decision to stay with Serris and refuse to call him a lost cause. Even though he was rude to her most of the time, little runt Ko was persistant… and now, the official princess of Munashii Gekko had succeeded in healing a shard of that broken heart. It was up to him to continue the process and stay on top of it. But with the arrival of a newcomer, Aindreas, Kobato was not quite sure what to think of Serris as of late. His reaction to the young adult and his adopted youngling…was rather strange. She wondered at that… the princess was only being kind to the knight—he needn’t have gone off like he had… saying that they had a dragon to burn him to a crisp if he did anything other than serve the charcoal monster. Kobato caught a stench on the borders and she let her pistons run off her previous thoughts. As she came to the territory line, her usual happiness emanated from her being, spreading to everything around. Kobato SHONE with happiness. It was something she had been born with… and to call her a healer was an understatement. At one point in time, a young friend of hers had called her Sita, the daughter of Tor who came to Earth to wash the sins of others clean. Now, Ko smiled as she came upon the loner. Hello! I’m Kobato, princess of Munashii Gekko… who’re you?”What a smiling, happy, and beautiful young girl… yet her world was going to change even more drastically in the coming weeks… enough of the dramatic irony, though. Enjoy!
