Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Sapphire had left the male hours ago, and her paws were sore from crossing the ruff terrain. Her pads were staring to bleed and she needed to stop. She slowly took in her surroundings and watched the ever-changing land. The farther she walked the harsher the terrain became. A stream of some sort could now be heard and she became drawn to it.

Her legs were slowly becoming weaker and weaker. She looked around for a spot to lay down and rest. A trickling stream could be heard only a few feet away. She let her senses guide her to the stream where she eventually laid down. Her body lay on the bank of the stream, the cool water relaxed her aching muscles. Snow covered the ground were there was no movement.

A snow storm was moving through the land and it was slowly building a bank around her body. She didn't blend into the land or snow her fur stood out with its hues of browns and creams. She was a supposed tundra born wolf but her coat said other wise. She lay there, the snow slowly making a cover for her body, hoping someone would and talk to her.
