it was a lovely day for a stroll. it was warm, the sky was clear and oh so very blue. llorana felt very relaxed as she picked her way through the woods. she was unsure to truly enter this unknown land, but had finally made up her mind and begun to explore. she had enjoyed the woods she had found herself in the last day or so, though the thicket was finally beginning to thin on this lazy afternoon stroll. up ahead, she could hear the sound of other wolves, quite loud and boisterous. she wondered if it was a pack, but seeing as there was no territory that she could scent around here, she shrugged it off. beside- the noise sounded far too large for a pack, truly. when the first of them came into sight, llorana was taken back by the sheer number of them. she had not seen a number of a gathering this large since her own homeland though she did not think of that for long.
the four male wolves she had come across on the outer rim of the crater were here as well. the golden one, the black one, the red one, and the brown one. she thought of going over to them, but as there were already two females near them, she decided against it. some would say, the more the merrier, but llorana didn't quite happen to agree. instead, she kept to herself and simply found a nice spot off to the side where she could recline on snowy haunches and watch the foray before her. it was quite a sight, the tumbling and running of the wolves after the small morsels that were the bunnies. the pale girl might have even found herself smiling if she weren't so well trained at keeping an impassive, expressionless mask up. she hardly let anyone, even her own self, glimpse behind this mask. and it was simply her way to be quiet, observant- watch but not comment. llorana was as much a wallflower as much as she was an old soul.
