Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

Zev scented Sierra from the distance he sat, and a wave of pollen scent, almost like a bee, swarmed into his nose. He smiled but almost sneezed. After the violent huff of breath, he felt satasfied, and listened to Sierra's words and thought quietly about the answers. "Absolutly wonderful. Our journey inside the Cavern was quite a delight." He smiled, confident with his answer. Maybe one day he would return to those steps covered in stone and see what was beyond them. Not any time soon, because he was focused on what the adventure was at that moment.

There was a small silence before Zev heard what Sierra had to say. He pondered over the answer, trying to capture his feeling of this field into words. "The colors, the scents, all florish in such a wonderful place. However, wonderful is an understatement, don't you agree?" He looked towards the other side of the field. "On the contrary, the other side is completely depressing." He looked at that part of the world, covered in soot. The wound of flames still to be seen. He wondered how this side of the field was left untouched by any source of heat.

"Me? Well, I have just been looking around, exploring the different places around Blossom, trying to get a feel for where everything is." Another small silence surrounded them before Sierra sopke. Zev pondered quite hard about this choice. To tell you the truth, Zev had actually not been thinking of a pack over the course of time they had left each other. Bright Moon. It was a strong pack, and he thought that it suited Sierra and Zev quite well. "I think Bright Moon is an excellent choice. It suits you well, and we can both hold our own anywhere, even within pack territory. Also, they are actually quite friendly I believe. Then the choice is made; Bright Moon it is." He smiled at the thought of being able to join a pack. And what was better than joining one with a friend? Zev thought it was always important to have someone watching your back, no matter if you were in the most remote place or not. He stretched his paws gently, the tips of his claws digging into the soft dirt. It was cold down there and he liked it. The scar. He had totally forgotten about the small line across his maw that never seemed to heal.

"Oh yes, my scar. And don't worry, when there comes a time when you have a question, do not bother to ask it. When wolves journey here to Blossom, which you undoubtedly know, it is a rather harsh journey, considering the rouge and lone wolves fighting for their share of ground and prey. I was starving one morning; I had not eaten anything in rather a long two days. I crouched in the grass, and jumped up, catching a squirrel jumping from a tree branch to the ground. Later I found that it was jumping for a nut. I digress, so after the fur was torn from its small bodice, two young brutes came walking across the land. Put them together and they were probably a couple inches bigger than I stand today, so it wasn't that big of a worry.

'Hey,' they had called. 'You are on our land, which is a crime in itself, but catching prey on turf that is not yours? Well, sir, don't you have any smarts at all?' I laughed when I had heard this, because I was young too, and I thought that anyone who challenged me was a fool. 'I was just eating. No harm done really. You two woudn't be able to catch a small animal on your own so, don't worry, I did it for you.' I pushed through them and set on my way. The next thing I know, pain flares through my backside and we go into an all-out fight. I am actually surprised the scar on my maw was the only thing given to me but memories that fine day. And I can tell you, those wolves did not go wound-free."

He rested his vocals after that, tired from a story he was proud of. "And the pack, whenever you are ready I think we should go. Get there sooner and we might be able to do something for them sooner, and gain their trust faster." He watched the little black beetle hobble across her paw, and smiled, for if that beetle walked on his giant paws, well, there would be one less beetle in the world.
