Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Tamlin did not want to leave the ridiculously wonderful bed of warmed soil on which he had laid himself down. The king of Bright Moon was stretched out in a pool of benevolent sunlight, delighting in the feel of the bright rays as they caressed his ivory pelt. He was being lazy, antisocial and generally displaying the behaviours of one unfit to be ruler. He felt slightly guilty, but figured that it was admissible for him to slack off every once and a while. After all, he'd been practically run off of his paws in the past week. He'd met a challenger not long ago and greeted a few newcomers on his way back from the afore mentioned trip to the battlegrounds . It was no wonder that the lithe beast felt the dregs of his strength and will to socialize sapped from him.

However, the hour of peace that he had managed to set out for himself was disturbed when the report of a sharp bark rang across the once-ashen lands, alerting the lord that more joiners where in the area. Rather than being annoyed by the sound, he was pleased. Anyone wanting to join the pack and seek shelter within the lands was welcome. Tamlin was not so petty to be irked by the disturbance of a mere nap. He rolled to his feet, elegantly rising, then stretched luxuriously for a moment, feeling the pleasant sensation of his vertebrae cracking as he arched his back.

Without further adieu, the white wolf trotted toward the area from whence the voice had issued. The wind was blowing against him, taking his scent toward the border and the scents of the two wolves on the border away from him. Nevertheless, as he grew closer, his elite olfactory system was able to discern the two separate aromas issuing from his gates, and he prepared himself for meeting the duo. His facial features showed no expression as he slipped out from the trees, his tail raised proudly over his back to showcase his status as alpha. The dominant posture didn't seem smug where the slim regal was involved. Rather, it was natural.

His lyrics were suffused with formality when he spoke to the two, his dark blue eyes moving from one to the next. “Welcome to Bright Moon. I am Tamlin, alpha here. May I inquire as to your names and your business here?”

ooc: GAH! Life just ate me. Anyways, sorry (again..) about lateness.
