Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

I venture away from Diveen and my family but not for Natalya this time. Though my soul still aches for her, I know that I need answers this time. Isola wants me to find them and that's exactly what I'll do. I move out at a silent pace, trying to pick up the right trail. I could just ask Amir for the answers but whose to trust what he'll give me? He could be lying and while my experience with him tells me otherwise, Isola won't trust the information from him so I need a different source. I was pretty much getting it out of Vague during our nice little chat but I was growing bored and the more I look at the haughty creature he's become, the more I want to claw it right off his face. No, I need a different source this time, a source that has no reason to lie because she has no pull in the situation.

I've heard Amir speak of Micteca before. She thinks of him as her father which incenses Heyel to no means. He adores his grand daughter and can't believe that she would turn to someone he deems a liar and traitor. She could very well lie for Amir but something tells me she won't. She's young and innocent still plus I'm the big scary black wolf who has a way of getting the answers he wants. I've had years od experience in intimidation. My paws are silent as they glide over the forest floor, moving into the thicket then that reminds me of the old thicket. I push into the thorns, letting them skid across my thick fur, not getting close enough to touch the flesh. My nostrils wrinkle, sensing a swamp nearby but I'm not going that far.

I stop in a little clearing in the middle of the thicket, sitting down, golden gaze lingering over the thicket all around me. I know she's here. I can sense her. Plus the trail is oh so fresh. I let my deep voice lure her out. Micteca. I must speak with you. My voice is barely above a whisper but I know she's close enough to hear.
