Venixra felt the tears still stream down her cheeks, afraid what would happen. Most likely he was going to hurt her, but she wasn't expecting his words. After hearing the first three, she was relieved and de-tensed a bit as she stood up.
"So you're not going to hurt me?"
She was relieved. He wouldn't hurt her. Suddenly, a playful smile spread across her face. She then started messing up the rest of his fur, tail wagging playfully.
"Like the new do?"
She laughed a little, but had this side, afriad if he was going to hurt her now. She then sat back down, and perked her ears, ready to listen.
She learned the brute's name was Ryder. She didn't know if he was lying or telling the truth, for all this guy could be an assassin! Then she heard the brute ask for her name.
"My name's Venixra."
She gave a gentle smile and watched as the boy got up. What was wrong? What was he doing, foremost? Her emerald orbs kept locked on him as he moved away.
Venixra found out Ryder just sat on a rock not so far away. When he invited her basically to come over, she padded faster than walking, but slower then running. Adding a bit of jump in her step, she kept listening. Why was this guy so curious?
When she reached the rock, she sat next to him and said, hoping he wouldn't laugh at the second part.
"Well, let's just say I don't remember what the place was called. All I know is that my brother was next in position for alpha, but instead we both just ran away. We didn't like dealing with the place. The only reason why I'm still living is because of my brother being so well respected. Reason why I'm here though, um, let's just say I have a horrible sense of direction."
She gave a small smile, preventing those past flashbacks. She loved Blossom Forest better. Replies:
