Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Rainbow In The Dark

To Think I Might Not See Those Eyes
Makes it So Hard Not to Cry

Spectral paws glide with a graceful silence that was not daunting, but somehow manages to capture One's fascination with rapt attention. As if this Gypsy girl's very Aura pulsed with a breath of mysticism and a taste of the Otherworldly.

She is tall and willowy, carried upon sterling dipped spires that have ghosted every inch of this landscape. I have taversed every high ridge and deep basin. Every forest and swamp and meadow. Everything is New and Different. But it all feels the same. I can feel the Spirits of the Dead, the very vibrations of their bones buried by layers of Soil and Ash and the catastrophic devastation of the Past as it bled up through the roots to tingle through my paw pads. On more then one occassion I had heard the pining Wails of some phantom in the night. Inexplicable sounds that left one to Ponder how many Lost Souls still roamed these Hills. Either unable to find the Light or still searching for the Ones they left behind....

Amethyst eyes watch the sandalwood colored gypsy, following along his path as closes the distance between us. heart-shaped cameo paints a sugar-spun portrait that smiles with such radiance. Smokey lids and daydreamer's eyes illuminating with a lovely glow that seems both Happy and sad all at once. Captivating and haunting on a single coin.

Hawthorn was a gentle and happy creature by nature, and I had always felt a bit brighter when I was in his company. Something about his presence was capable of driving out the grief I felt over Asa's death. He seemed to make the sun burn hotter, the wind speak in whispers. I liked the feeling. Even his vague answers that seemed to always run in circles was something I enjoyed. Life worked in circles like that too.

When he settles to his haunches and offers a nod, I recline into a sitting pose beside him, not so close that our bodies touch, but close enough I can feel the warmth permeating off his coat and to brush gently against mine.

I nod sagely as he speaks, a quaint little smirk quirking at the corners of my lips. "Yeah, there are different degrees of strange. But for me, I think this one takes the Bait." I let out a soft chuff of laughter, shoulders rolling in a supple shrug. "Familiar and alien all at the same time."

Lips curve into a delicate yet potent smile, plume dancing idly against the ground as cryptic gaze looked him over curiously. "Moladian is no longer simply 'Land' anymore. It is a Tomb, and a Temple. Some Worship, Some Mourn, some strive to forget while others will work to remember... I just want to learn to Live again. I want to feel free again, rather then chained to grief... Have you ever grieved Hawthorn?"

Inquisitive eyes turn to him, gentle and honest even as they probed.
