Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

The brute remained still as he laid on the pillar, not even an ear twitching as he listened to the fem claim her eccentric titles. He felt like laughing, but he wasn't entirely ready to stop playing dead yet. The black wolf settled for an internal laugh, listening as the red fem continued to talk and throw guilt at him for ruining the moment. When she had finished, the brute gave a few heavy wags of his tail on the icy pillar. The ice had melted a little from their body heat, water droplets flashing into the air and spraying the red fem lightly up to her chest.

Black Rain lifted his head, icy blue eyes narrowing in thought as he fixed his lovely mate with an amused smirk. "Sage of Ages and Queen of Ice, eh?" He questioned her, tone amused. "What does that make me? The Son of Darkness, found redemption? Supreme Demon Hunter and Protector of Good? Not so sure on the 'King of Ice' bit. That's only temporary, after all." He gave a soft chuckle, words true but tone completely playful. He had come to terms with the fact that he would, one day, leave Ice in the hands of his son. It wasn't fitting for one to hold an alpha position for too long. The longer the reign, the more issues your leadership developed. He had seen it for himself a few times. Not to mention which, he had the feeling that, perhaps, his strengths and powers might be better put to use if he wasn't so worried and busy with running a pack all the time.

"Speaking of," Black rain continued, lifting his front end so that he could rest on his elbow. "We should think of some plans, you know, for when we decide to step down. Having a whole bunch of free time thrown at you can be maddening, I've heard, so it's best if we keep ourselves busy."
