Liam was being brave when he wrapped his tail around her, and now she was snuggling into his fur. Wow....I honestly think she likes me back! But so soon? Shot into his mind right when that happened. He loved this moment.
His audits perked to the silence breaker, and looked at Katari as she spoke. 'Liam, are the boys like, your brothers? I don't know what having a friend is like other than you.' it rang through his thoughts. I'm her only friend? He automatically felt bad for her since she didn't have friends as a pup. I don't want to make her feel bad, watch what I say. "In a way?" no, that would still be bad. "I'm more like the father of them?" Yeah, that'd be a lot better.
He replied with, "Well, around the boys I'm more like a father, because I'm the only muture one out of them." He gave a small smile, hoping that didn't make her feel sad. It was true.
Liam didn't even notice night fall when it came so unexpectantly. He only watched Katari, for he was in love with her. And when she licked his mizzle, his cheeks became pink, deepening to red eventually. He never really had a lover to this extent.
But soon that blush faded away as he brought up the courage, though afraid of taking the risk, to say what he'd been dying to say. He whispered in her ear, the soft lyrics flowing into it, "I love you.." Liam then licked her back, after that rubbling his head against her head.
