Rain had a way of doing things, doing them her own way. I watched her clamp the fish in her jaws and set it next to us stilless and dead, of course. I could settle for that, Leaning down I let my pearly white sever the fishes abdomin to rip it apart in two. Gulping mine down quickly I looked over to see her carefuly picking through her side, I nuzzled her warm ebony pelt with my nose. I think that moment was as perfect as it could be the sun setting off the waters a warm evening and full stomach, and the best thing was the thing I was capable of loving. I rolled over on my side to enjoy the rest of the sun, untill the moon takes over.
