This is exactly what Pension Attorney Mr. Klausner stated at Pension Board meeting, a couple months ago, he thought might happen.
As everyone knows the Trustees could pay the rest of the due benefit , as they did the Opt-Outs, with the same agreement,from the Basic Fund ( not the common fund ) if they so chose. In my opinion they just want to try to punish the retirees for their mistake !
