Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

Really, he can't say he blamed the girl for being nervous - he would have been a little uncertain too had another wolf followed him for countless miles. At any rate, he'd at least try to give some kind of solace to the girl with a small step between she and the other male, a token of protection at least. Still, it was most entertaining to watch the other boy stumble through his words and Tesseract found himself grinning in amusement as he rocked back to sit on his haunches, his head tilted at the boy's words. So, he'd followed the girl all the way from the Western Crater? After some kind of meeting? He furrowed his brows in thought, attempting to work out why exactly a group of strangers would all meet up. Strange, strange, wolves among Moladion. Quietly, he cleared his throat, flashing a look of intrigue to both Tenshi and Foxtail before he spoke;

"A meeting? May I ask what happens at these meetings? I can't say I have ever encountered one in the free lands and I am most curious."

A social gathering perhaps? Or some kind of hunt? Okay, so perhaps it was a little annoying to know that he was not exactly the most knowledgeable wolf when it came to the ... social side of Moladion. Politics, packs, that kind of thing were quite easy to learn about and manipulate but socialising? Trickier to say the least. Of course the topic of conversation quickly changed to packs, a topic that brought a light chuckle forward from him as he flashed a half smile. Yes, wives tales and all that - gossip as Tenshi called it. It was simply ironic that the wives tales happened to be, for the most part, entirely true but they didn't need to know that - they would simply judge him upon it and, frankly, Tesseract did not plan on staying put within Iromar for long.

"Iromar has changed from my mother's hands and thus, it has become quite... different. I can't say I am used to the change but it bothers me not; I am currently looking for other perspective packs to make residence, now that you mention it."

He paused, allowing Tenshi to query Foxtail on her own residency all while watching her with both a delighted and curious grin - she was ever so quiet and yet she hardly came across as weak. It was ... strange, really, for that to happen. Then again, his Caligula had never spoken a word or ushered a single sound and there was not an ounce of weakness within her, either. Perhaps it was the quiet one's they should watch out for.

"Are you from Moladion, Foxtail? And what of you?" his gaze swung from Foxtail and back to Tenshi, his head tilted, "Where is it that you hail from?"
