The Cavern of Secrets holds much more than you can imagine. Once a forbidden place, the ban on entrance has been released...yet, is it a good idea to enter?

Once a great battle had been fought in this cavern, against a dark beast that had once - and still might - dwell here. No one knows where he disappeared to, but there are rumours...

It seemed like the concept of silence wasn’t one that the young pup could grasp. Words seemed to splutter from her mouth without even passing through her brain. Yes, the words were said correctly and she had sentence structure like an adult wolf but she forced that much out of her mouth, at one point she forgot to breath.“Believe me, I’m the scariest monster you will ever meet.” The concern in her voice made the lad chuckle slightly to himself. How could she even know what concern was? Stupid pup saying stupid pup-ish things.

As the young fae took a deep breath the lad prepared himself for a whirlwind of noise and words. There was no doubt going to be a lot of pointless questions after his proposal of a deal. ‘Well I don’t know what annoying noise you are talking about… really you need to explain this to me! And why would you want me to rot? Did I do something bad? Please don’t leave me in here mister! I’m scared and all alone and thirsty and tired and hungry, and I want to go home.’ The demon stared at the pup as she smiled, her tiny ivories protruding from her mouth. The lad saw so much of his own offspring in the little princess that he found it hard to keep the impassive expression on his face. Opening his maw once again to answer the mound of meaningless queries, the lad tried to make his voice softer than usual although it was hard to be nice to such an irritating little thing.

”What I mean is... If you want me to find you something to drink and you want me to protect you from all the horrible monsters that will want to eat you and spit out your bones, then I suggest that you stop asking so many questions.” Unusually for him, no snarl erupted from his mouth at the end of his sentence and in what seemed like an unexpected turn of events the pup agreed to his deal as long as he would find her water. The brute sighed once again before the tiny figure leapt towards him, her claws scratching along the floor of the cave as if it were some form of slippery surface that she wasn’t used to. The form at his feet was nearly sent flying as she halted before him her tiny face travelling up his bodice to show a grin plastered along her maw. The lad’s eyes moved down, capturing the gaze within his orbs but still his face remained emotionless. The quicker I get rid of this thing, the better. As his eyes remained fixed on the princess she moved towards him and nuzzled his leg hackles rising slightly on his neck. The monster wasn’t used to this sort of affection, even if it was from a youngster and to be honest it made him slightly uncomfortable. ”Um, there’s no need for that now is there?” The monster shook his leg hopefully dislodging the pup from his limb.

After composing himself once again, the demon moved towards the entrance of the cavern turning his cranium to see whether the little bundle of annoyance was following him. The only place he could think of to provide water for the lass was Leisure Lake and that was where the devil would take her and hopefully leave her. ”Come along then Apollonia, unless you want to stay here on your own?” The lad moved swiftly out of the cavern not knowing or being bothered whether the pup was following or not.
