At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

Alfred stood slightly ahead of his brother, face bathed in the warm light of the sunset. He closed his eyes and reveled in the heat, his classic "hero" smile spreading over his golden fur. Everything was perfect; the sun was setting, which made his saving of some pup from drowning even more dramatic, and that had made his fur damp, so he had an excuse to bask heroically in order to "dry off".
Plus, he'd found his brother again, even if he claimed to have been there the whole time. Which he obviously hadn't, because its totally unheroic to not see your own brother looking extremely proud as you stride magnificently out of the lake with the sun behind you while holding the pup you just saved by his scruff. Obviously.

Matthew on the other hand, was slightly insulted that his own brother had been the one to forget him. Admittedly, this happened all the time, but it still struck home every single time.
Sighing, he plodded over to where his twin stood.
Another pup's hero... What was his name? He should be added to the list, eh? Matthew's voice was quiet as always, though his tone dripped sarcasm. He was like this to his brother, sarcastic but quiet. Unlike his nearly invisible, stuttering self when he was around anyone else.
He watched as Alfred shrugged it off, then turned to the pups mother (who had been approaching) and winked at her with his easy, carefree laugh before she could thank him. When her eyes slid over to Matthew, she seemed surprised that he was even there. He nodded politely with a timid but shy smile, hoping he would continue to be ignored again after she briefly acknowledged him. Replies:
