The former queen had been on the island when she'd heard the call across the land - her black outlined head had raised from the small stream she'd been fishing in to glance longing at the mainland. Before she had even got to learn her queenly duties Weylin had given them away and before she could even really miss it, had taken them back. His foreign customs made her head spin and she wasn't quite sure if she was happy with the changes that kept happening but she hoped it settled down, not just for her but for everyone calling the land home even if that meant her not being queen.

Selene supposed - with a frown - that she could still love Glorall if she wasn't queen. She had after all still felt attached to the place when Sulan had taken it and in that short time had realized rank didn't matter Glorall would always be her home. As she heads towards the mainlands the golden wolf comes to the conclusion that before she can be a true queen she had to gain life experience first, only then would she truly be fit to rule - maybe it had really been a blessing.

Whoever the foreign wolves were - and she could tell once her paws hit the mainland that there was indeed more than one - they had at least respected the invisible boundaries surrounding Glorall. Pushing herself into an easy lope Selene heads towards the call. It isn't long into her run when Mortz scent is picked up by her sensitive nose and Selene frowns at the thought of the smaller pup going off alone to greet strangers. It may had been Weylin to bring the boy home and adopt him as his - but Selene cared for him to, she had been growing more attached since he followed her to the crater and the thought of any harm befalling him made her stomach queasy.

Pushing herself into a faster jog Selene arrives late to the party Mortz had already crashed. Smiling at his bravado the leggy girl joins the others stopping to stand next to Mortz - one leg pressed into his smaller body for support - as her turquoise eyes travel over the band of wolves gathered together. Over each of their unique personal scents the golden girl could smell a stronger common odor. If she had to guess - based on her limited excursions to the various packs - Selene would guess they were of Spirane. Though it would be exactly that, a guess, since she'd only scented the other pack in passing and from a distance.

Excitement rushes through her tall form - this was what she had been waiting for, the chance for adventure and to meet the other packs. Assuring herself with the idea that even lowly pack wolves were responsible for greeting outsider Selene wastes no time in introducing herself - a warm smile on her black outlined golden face and her tail swishing softly behind her darker golden haunches. "I am Selene..."  She stumbles for a moment thinking to give them a title only to remember morosely she no longer had one. "Of Glorall, how can I help you all."
