What would she do without him? Jaye felt her eyes water as her body rested from the coughing fit and as Dude holds her close. For a moment he is silent as he simply sits with her and watches her with caring eyes. Jaye tells herself he could do better with another, but Fate had deemed that they were to be together forever. She wouldn't have it any other way though she often wondered if Dude felt the same. Was it simply the bond they shared that kept bringing him to her, or did it go deeper than that? Though she may never know, Jaye would always be grateful to Fate for bringing Dude to her all though years ago. Once she had calmed down, he spoke in the strange yet oddly familiar way he talked and Jaye gazed forward and listened. Much of it sounded like gibberish to her but Jaye knew better than that. Dude was wise beyond his years, beyond anyone's years, and his words always meant something. The dark wolfess would always heed his wisdom for more than once it proved to be the right thing to do. After all, Dude was the savior of Moladion. If not for him, then all the wolves would have died during that fateful day. All of the sudden, Dude's words changed and a sense of urgency rose in his voice. Jaye's ears twitched and her heart thundered in her chest. What on earth was he talking about? She grasped onto his words and gasped when he mentioned Demetri's name and his son, Tobias. It was happening to fast as Jaye was ushered by Dude to go somewhere and meet someone and Jaye simply allowed him to take her. Did he say something about great grandchildren? Surely that wasn't right, Jaye didn't think she was THAT old and she chuckled at the thought. Though she had intended to talk to Weylin, she knew that when Dude got an idea in his head it was best to follow along. And she did so gladly and quietly. That was the trust the older blind wolf had for her imprint. Jaye followed behind him as he lead her away from Glorall and into the vast world to meet two young pups who would had given Jaye the wonderful title of Great Grandmother.
