Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Loki barely contained a smirk as Jezebeth stood taller, amused at how far his false flattery could get. It was impressive really, how easy it was to get on the good side of someone so easily complimented. She was certainly entertaining, though he was not quite sure what her motive was yet – for she hardly seemed like one to have an easily identified agenda. He would know. He was quite similar in that respect.

As she stared at him, he met her gaze evenly, trying to piece her together as much as she was him. He chuckled as she spoke, not taking insult even though her words could be considered harsh. He practically breathed sarcasm himself, as evidenced by his earlier bow. As she joked about being warned, he laughed again, the sound low and quiet, almost contained in nature. It was genuine, however, even if it didn’t sound it.

My sense of humor wasn’t horrible exactly. At least, I didn’t think so,” He paused again, still trying to decide how best to word his situation. “The alphas of my pack did not think it amusing when other pack mates seemed to just…fall into situations that caused them fright or injury. They saw fit to blame me. I have no idea why they would ever think I would have something to do with that.

His smirk said otherwise. In fact, he had everything to do with those situations. The latest one had been the worst. And he had perhaps gone too far, he would admit. He hadn’t meant for one of the pups to become injured. His prank hadn’t even meant to injure anyone at all. A full grown wolf would have known better but…Ah well, the past was the past.

As she spoke again, his smirk faded into a slightly more considering expression. His instinct was to follow her – being alone was a position of weakness. However, he knew nothing of the packs here and was hardly about to take her word for it. Not that she needed to know. Still, it could hardly do him harm to go with her.

The strongest and most reputable pack?” He turned his head to the side, his smirk back, “How could I turn down such a tempting offer.

She was intriguing, perhaps the others in her pack were as well.
