Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Covet did not consider himself a demon. He knows that he is a type of monster, but to lump himself with the demons is beyond the pale. He holds to no code save his own. He knows what he is, but he does not revel in it. He does not feel pleased over what his body prods him into doing. He dealt with his burdens and he survived. He did not group with the demons in any pack, though he had no real issue with them on a singular basis. Unless they gave him reason to have issue. One by one he would decide on how he felt over him and nothing less then that. Demons as a whole caused him almost as much distaste as angels as a whole. But each individual would get thier moment to be found one thing or the other by him. Benefit of the doubt for all.

He does find some kind of odd interest in Malina, though there's twisted interest in Fathom as well. Rogue gained a calm acceptance at this point, too. Not much other then these things, though. And Covet does not know that Jaidah is dead; though who was to how he might feel upon finding out this fact? Until that moment, nothing could be figured of that. Covet wouldn't care that the demons were dying out. It was not in his interest to care. He cared for only what he deemed important enough to care about. So far, it was the strange web weaved with the two females from Diveen, and.. Ava. He does not wish to think on Ava, of course. It stings. It will always sting.

He has to smile; a slow, violently seductive curve of his maw when he watches the way Malina responds to his voice. He waits until she is facing him to raise a brow at her before settling to the charm of his smile again. Oddball, yes. But it was part of that charm, was it not? Yet it did not show his bloodline. It was off the wall and out of the ballpark as far as that was concerned. An anomaly. As far as Pan was concerned... no, there was no direct blood connection. But yes, their family's blood did cross from Pan's father. Covet's grandmother (and great-grandmother, don't ask!) had both produced litters with Pan's father. Step uncle, perhaps? Covet doesn't really know these things and wouldn't care to. It means nothing to him.

He chuckles, a crushed velvet sound low in his throat at what she has said. "The touch would be nice, pretty thing." His vocals quietly rumble, and he takes a step closer to her before pausing again. His gaze is riveted on her; waiting for a response to that comment. Yet there was more said otherwise, and Covet is silent for a moment. Pondering what she's asked of him. He tossed back and forth the idea of giving a alias. A sigh. "Concupisco." More or less. He regards her openly for a moment. "And you are?" His inquiry is even. Fair is fair.
