Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

As the events unfolded Dib was surprised at just how much the other ess was changing. Although she had gathered that Aerten was nothing like the image wolves gave of her pack, and that Dib shouldn’t tar every wolf with the same brush, she had never expected for such sympathy to arise from her; especially not when she had only recently wound her up to the point of rage nearly bubbling over. However she wasn’t really changing was she? No, that side of Aerten had always been there, it had just been covered with the baggage and mask that she wore so often now. Though that thought would stay hidden forever. No point winding her up once again.

At her words, a clear frown appeared on the other russet femme’s face. She couldn’t help but wonder why the expression had shown on her face, but she gathered it was something to do with her last statement. ’Have you tried poppy seeds? Good for pain.’ Argh, good old poppy seeds. Both Moth and her mother had spoken about and given her the healing seeds for as long as she could remember. It was just a pain that she couldn’t carry them round with her whenever the aching started up again. ”Yes I have. I have been given poppy seeds for as long as I can remember. But thanks anyway.” Any advice was helpful, even if she already knew it.

It wasn’t long before Dib remembered the blood that had appeared on Aerten’s side. She didn’t know how the injury came about but remembered that it was self inflicted. Offering a gentle smile, soft words emptied from her maw. ”How’s your side Aerten?” She didn’t mean anything by it. It was just a simple and friendly question. It didn’t take long for Dib to catch the other femme’s gaze, a happy-ish look held on her face before a smile appeared. ’What do you like doing, anyway?’ The teen’s auds perked at the words. The question seemed innocent enough and to be honest Dib couldn’t see a problem with it. There was only one answer for the suitably perfect question, and although it may seem naive- it was the only thing that Dib enjoyed enough to talk about. ”It may sound naive but I like to explore. I love to see new places and things. I would like to travel out of Blossom one day and discover the world for myself, however I’m not sure how possible that would be. Though you never know, it’s not stopped me before.” With the words the girl looked down at her leg. Things would be more triumphant with a disabled limb anyway.

”How about yourself Aerten. Anything you particularly like doing?” Dib hoped that Aerten didn’t think she was being pushy and took the question the way Dib had taken hers. She was just inquisitive about her new ‘friend’ and wanted to know more about the real Aerten than the Abendrot soldier. Plus she was enjoying the conversation with the other ess and didn’t want it to end just yet.
