The Cavern of Secrets holds much more than you can imagine. Once a forbidden place, the ban on entrance has been released...yet, is it a good idea to enter?

Once a great battle had been fought in this cavern, against a dark beast that had once - and still might - dwell here. No one knows where he disappeared to, but there are rumours...

He was, strange Lycaon, she decided silently, as she watched him growl at nothing. Nothing she could see anyway. Was he slightly unhinged? Most likely; that'd made two of them then. Fabulous. It made her feel so...at home. She felt quite safe beside the crazy male, and that was fine. It wasn't a 'I need to be protected' feeling, it was more like 'I don't need it, but it's here'. And she wouldn't need his protection, as she was more than capable of taking care of herself, as displayed in earlier conversation.

”It’s a good job the feeling is mutual, my dear.” She huffed; of course it was. It always was. Still, the twisted grin returned at the hissed words. Ah; it was a fine line between love and hate. Right now, Lolita was walking on it, even if she was completely and utterly unaware of the fact. ”I’m afraid you’d catch something much worse than rabies.” The grin widened; Oh, she had nearly forgotten how good he was at this. Lucky for her, Lycaon always seemed to keep her on her toes. "Oh, I can imagine..." She trailed off maliciously, leaving the rest to his imagination. Let that drive him insane. Well, more insane anyway.

”Oh dear Lolita. You do provide some rather stimulating conversation. I wouldn't have imagined you to provide this much fun.” She let out a mock gasp. "Was that a compliment I hear, dear Lycaon? I did not realise you were capable of such sweet words..." She narrowed her eyes teasingly at him, tone taunting. A chill had settled on her dappled pelt, one which was ignored. It was kind of fitting in a way, the two monsters -in their own respects- sat engaged in word games in the dying sunlight. Too disgustingly poetic really. Still, there seemed to be a tinge of irony in the air.

Lolita did admit one thing though; Lycaon was by far one of the only males she'd would ever be able to put up with. Ever. There was something...different about him. He was no play boy, no romantic prince rushing to aid...She had to admire it, really. Had he been the latter, or the former, she probably would've cut him from her life first chance she got. No, Lycaon seemed to play by his own rules, his own character, and it gave her an off-put feeling. Little did he know, he was single-handedly tearing down the feminist stereotype that had been engrained into the femme's head since day one.

Catching his gaze, she flashed her fangs at him. "Afraid of the dark?" Fully aware she was going to destroy the moment of silence and start another war of words, she continued, "Or afraid I will bite?" Now her eyes twinkled mischievously, as she licked her chaps delicately, accentuating the mock threat. Winding him up was such fun, a real sport. She briefly considered using the nickname, but saved it for another time when it'd really get him.

OOC: You're evil O.O It's fabulous. I can already see this plot unfolding in a whirl of mayhem.
