Her voice is sweet sounding to my ears, not like the females of my homeland where they are raspy, deep, or brutish. I like it, the timbre seems oddly soothing as she answers my question. The mystery of her scent is solved in her next breath and I find my head tilting a bit. Really, now. Angels? I have never heard of such things, wolves claiming to be earth-bound angels. It is rather interesting to say the least and I find myself growing more and more curious about her. What was this pack like? "This Diveen, is everyone there as you say? These...angels?" I ask, my smooth voice a bit hesitant with my curiosity. How strange it must be for her, to be an angel without wings, to know that she once flew..and is now trapped against the earth like the rest of us mortals. She speaks again and I am caused to listen, smiling at her offer.
"I would enjoy a tour, lovely Katsumi. I have not had company in a very long time, yours would be most welcome." I clear my throat before I continue in my answer, her next offer a bit confusing to me. "Isola is your leader, then? The highest ranked among angels?" This female is leaving me with more questions, making my mind conjure up all sorts of things. Have I stepped into the middle of some heavenly battle on earth? This place is so interesting, so...odd. I tilt my head at her growl, watching the worry flit across her face. Ah, protectiveness, a sure sign of angelic origins I suppose. Amazing. I grin, my muzzle wrinkling with the gesture, she is so small to feel protective of me.
"I would like to meet your leader, first, Miss Katsumi. If this is alright with you?" I keep my tone as even as I can, wondering what this angelic leader is all about.
