Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

The white snow falls, I cannot see

I had finally started over, and nothing had ever felt as good as that fact. The journey had been long and difficult, with countless trials and tests along the way, as well as many mishaps and injuries, but I'm sure that's common for every wolf who sets on a journey, after all life isn't all sugar and rainbows. No, not sugar but blood, and instead of rainbows it's lessons. Each wolf you meet teaches you something, they either make you stronger or knock you down a notch, but either way a lesson is forever taught. You grow and earn your own characteristics, and you find your own definition of what it is to be strong. Every wolf finds his or her own truths in their lives.

Everyone I had worked so hard for had turned their backs on me, they called me the useless one, and I just didn't understand it. They had marked me as a traitor and left me out to die on my own. It was simply dishonorable, and I do like to keep checks on keeping my honor. I did the best I could to hold onto that, the best any outcast can do, but it's hard to think me honorable when you saw the three claw scars starting under my right eye and branching off across my muzzle, because it's not the kind of in jury you get from training, no, you get it from a serious fight. One could say I could have earned it defending my pack I guess, but that wouldn't be the truth.

Most don't expect how...soft in personality I am either when they look at me, after all I'm some big wolf with scars on his face with an added shredded ear and don't really fit the image. My eyes might be the only thing that really fits me, because instead of being fierce they're a unbelievably soft hued violet, and even ythey are somewhat corrupted by my appearence, by the band of crimson red that nearly swallows up my pupils, as if I were some kind of monster in disguise. It scared a whole lot of wolves off. I looked too damned threatening, and really I'm not some fierce blood thirsty and hardened warrior, I can be that when I need to be, but that's really far from who I really am, so very far from the real me. Nobody ever got close enough to see the real me. My long legs are perfectly capable of handling more journeying, and yet I get the sense I should stop, as if I really didn't need to go any further.

I can almost sense that there is someone nearby, but I cannot however sense if the presence is a threat or not, and so I have to be careful in what my actions are. At fisrt I simply pause slightly and do not give any indication of knowing there is someone there, but after a few more paces I slow and halt, but stay perfectly still. "If I hadn't been trained the way I was, I wouldn't have noticed you." My violet eyes gain a faint glimmer as I speak these words softly. I turned and see the stranger, tattered ear pricked towards him, and yet I showed no aggression because I felt none.
