My c o l d desire
to hear the boom, boom,
b o o m of your heart
She watched as a darker wolf comes into view with a large mouth and words that spoke of anger. Her own anger was strangely gone but to see the other cower in such a way--she had to wonder just how their relationship worked. The winds gave their scents away, and she advances towards them. Siblings. It was strange to see them act in such a way towards each other. Did they not value their own blood? Celesdue and Tesseract were her equals, and she would never assert such anger and dominance over either of them. Though Caligula briefly wondered if they were half siblings, in which case, she understood why there was such dominance. Those not pure of blood were to be killed or used until they lost their usefulness and killed again. The world was a dark and dangerous place, but Caligula was well aware of the hazards. It was her playground and no one could take it from her.
Caligula advances, her tail raised somewhat over her top line. There was no need to show her true dominant tendencies but they were there, hidden beneath her bright eyed gaze and pointed ears. She was no Queen yet, but it did not mean that she would not be. She was the daughter of the Fallen Queen and her soul mate. Her blood could not be argued or destroyed. Already there were pups in her womb developing and growing. Her eyes drift from Roach, the original object of her attention to Ex. She watched him, and recognized that hungry look in his eyes, the cocky stance he took. There was the small hint of a smile on her features, and a soft swish of her tail. There was the slight nod of her head as she acknowledges Ex and then turns and acknowledges Roach. It was really Roach that had peaked her interest more so than Ex. But if this was some sort of fledgling pack or something like those strange gypsies, Caligula was aware that social standards dictate that she should pay attention to the alpha first. And let's be honest, Ex was clearly the alpha.
It was with a brief glance that she noticed that Roach was less than happy that she was paying attention to Ex. She tilted her head slightly and considered the pair of them. Were they like Caligula and Tesseract? Were they one soul separated into two bodies? Even if she had a voice, she would never speak to Tesseract the way the black male spoke to the female. Still, Tesseract had encouraged her to get to know others and he always smelt of others. As much as he adored her (and there was no doubt in her mind about that) that was not enough for him. He needed other wolves. He needed alliances and acquaintances. So here Caligula was...attempting to make some sort of relationship other than that with her family. God help us all.
