Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

_________________________________________________________________________ Daenerys enjoyed conversing with this fae. She was very easy to talk to and her happy personality made Daenerys feel a bit better than she had before she had gotten to this place. Smiling came easier around Kahlan than she had expected. The outspoken wolf was so different than Daenerys who was usually such a quiet wolf and recently a wolf in solitude. Maybe it’s time to join a pack again, Danerys thought as she realized she was enjoying the presence of the fae. After asking some more questions of Kahlan, the ess replied as she shook her head, “They are both… well… evil? They do have pack unity, but Abendrot takes prisoners and even has assassins. I heard rumors of them pitting themselves against each other for training purposes. As for Malignant Felicity…” Kahlan’s body shuddered as she spoke of the packs and Daenerys could see why, it sounded as if these packs were the opposite of what Daenerys wanted in a pack. Kahlan continued, “Their boundaries are lined with dead bodies. I know that we don’t know each other very well, but you do not seem like the type of lupine who would enjoy life in those packs” Kahlan was right about that. Daenerys had been around death in her old pack, but she never enjoyed it like some of the crueler and more viscous brutes in her pack had. Danerys knew that she never wanted to join a pack like that again and she was glad that she had gotten a warning from the nice fae. Kahlan was then quiet for a few moments, something that surprised Daenerys with how outspoken she had been before. These packs must be bad news if it makes this ess quiet, the gray fae thought. Kahlan continued again, speaking of a better pack now, “As for Saw Tooth, I think you would really enjoy it. It is a true family, and the Alphess, Moth, cares about everyone and tries to stay active with all of her members.” Kahlan smiled at what seemed to be thoughts of her home pack. “If you are looking for a place to call home, I would start there.” It definitely sounded like a better place than the other two packs she had described before and decided to take Kahlan’s advice. “Those two packs are definitely not for me, Saw Tooth sounds like a much better place. I don’t suppose you could show me the way there?” Daenerys asked the fae, hoping they could become friends in the same pack, if Moth would accept her. ________________________________________________________________________ |
