What is done in the dark. [complete]

He was tired. Well, that was to put it simply; If one didn't want the simplifications they could say oh so many other things. For example one could say that he was exhausted and indeed that would be a perfectly accurate explanation of the brute and it would most definitely suffice on any normal occasion. One might also say that he was so exhausted in fact that he could practically feel the tired seeping into the solidness of his muscle dragging him down where he belongs. Hell, it was all but eating away at his poor old bones! Unfortunately this would not be as accurate an explanation of his state because he is neither poor nor old but for literary sake we will take it upon ourselves to add in a little poetic license. It would also be quite acceptable to note on why the creature was so drained but it seems like that would involve looking upon what matters had been so taxing and lets just say your pretty little heart might not be as enthused at he is with the things he does in the dark. The kind of things which now have his otherwise immaculate pitch black robes stained that beautiful shade of burgundy. The signature aroma of that perfect life-giving substance that had once belonged to someone else still clung around him in such intoxicating arrays of subtle varieties. Such a contradiction to the little creature trailing behind him...

Accompanying the man was a little girl. A child who was just blossoming into adolescence. A sweetling who even in youth's beauty was undeniable... Please I beg of you not to think of him in that way. It is true he may be sick and he is most definitely depraved but even he has boundaries... No she is merely a friend, a confidant if you will. Some one entrusted with his good grace. Well... for the most part. Unlike the untainted delicacy of her exterior she is the product of a love most foul. An angel born of malice and tied with sin. Has fate not smiled upon her? Even in her youngest years she has bared witness to horrors of the likes one could not imagine. One wouldn't dare... You might be wondering why a beast such as he would leave such a prize untouched and unmarred and you see the answer really is quite simple. It just wasn’t as fun attacking a target that refused to play along. Wolves were hardwired to chase prey that moved, not prey that sat pretty and awaited its fate. Needless to say Aaliyah was the one who sat pretty. Curious that someone such as she would choose to stay in the company of such a monster isn't it? You just haven't gotten to know her yet...

The rouge continued his way through the forests annexes and secluded refuges when-what's this? A scent so faint and delicate it sent shivers up his spine-was the light perfume of a dame. His black body stopped mid stride and he breathed in deeply, inhaling the perfume deep into his lungs, banner twitching with sparked interest. A vixen lurked somewhere near by and she was practically dripping with secrets and sex. Delicious. Not one to keep the ladies waiting the he altered his path if only a tad until his auditories hit something he knew only to well. A sound which sparked such an innate desire it almost washed away his exhaustion. Almost. He met the owner of that scent and a lecherous growl throbbed at the back of the boy's throat.

He crept out from behind the safety of the close nit trees and smiled. She looked banefully gorgeous. Not even bothering to hide the appreciation in his ebon gaze the dark boy took a seat before the ess and inclined his cranium in greeting. "I must say I do enjoy a nice surprise, but this? This really is just to much. Luck of the draw?" hmmm lets hope so He smiled devilishly. All 42 of those canid teeth on display, shining in the light like knives ready, willing, and oh so able. "I can show you how to put that feverant body of yours to good use, if you'll let me." A handsome quirk of one wolfish brow. He pondered for a moment what sort of black magic had brought such a creature here. Such a minx before his starless eyes and he wondered if he had suddenly had a turn of fate. A low chuckle. No wolf could be that lucky... Not daring to take his eyes off the shilla in fear of her disappearing he barked a command at the pale little creature still sitting quietly in the bushes behind them, "Hey kid, mind making yourself disappear?" Aaliyah on the other had simply sat and blinked unamused; blanched navy pools watching, waiting. She'd leave them alone when she felt like it. As for right now? She wasn't much up for walking all the way back home... and for some reason or another this strange lady looked like her in a some twisted sort of way. It interested her more than normal. That my friend was hard to do.
