Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

I miss Raylen like crazy but I've come to terms with the fact that he might not be coming back, not this time. Something feels more final about this time. My heart aches at the thought but I keep on living day to day, telling myself that its okay. Maybe other females are okay with moving male to male but the lucky ones find one that will stick around. They raise families and go by the motto Mates for Life. I've had to kill my first love and my second love abandoned me twice. Now the male who I consider one of my closest friends, the male I was falling for, is gone too. I'm truly alone now. But I won't let myself go down that road. I won't lie down and cry about it. That won't help anything so I plan on living day to day and helping out the pack any way I can. That's why when I smell someone lurking at the borders, I get up and shake the dust from my coat, ready to go on over and see what they want. He hasn't been there long, I can tell. I prick my ears and wag my tail in a friendly fashion, golden eyes glowing as I take in the black and white male.

"Welcome to Bright Moon, stranger. What's your name? Have you come to join the pack?"
