At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

It seemed that this male was as happy go lucky as she was, which was rare to find in another wolf. Even her own family weren’t as carefree as she was so to find a complete stranger with the same personality as herself was something very uncommon. Dib’s personality was mainly due to her disability. Whereas most wolves would have been depressed and despondent with a twisted leg, the russet teen was the complete opposite. She would never stop trying to do things that normal wolves did and took whatever life through at her in her stride. The only other wolf she had met that shared the same interests as herself and was slightly less, but still very much as easy- going as herself was Markus. He was her only real friend within Saw Tooth and although he was the heir to the throne, he was so down to earth and was one of the only wolves that didn’t stare at her twisted limb. Mezic allowed a smile to fall onto his kissers and in turn Dib let yet another smile appear on her kissers. It had faded only slightly whilst she spoke but she made sure to let it appear once again. She didn’t want to appear off putting to the male teen as he was the only other she had gotten chance to speak to for days. ’Yes I am, I just joined Andere Seite. The wolves there aren’t like me though; they’re very…quiet and solemn. I would much rather be with nice and more outgoing wolves like you! I have not heard of Saw Tooth, but then again I have not heard of any pack other than Andere Seite, I’m new here. Have you lived here long?’ Her question was answered with his own queries, though he snapped his jaws together rather violently before flashing an embarrassed look her way. Dib cocked her head to the side, as he had done only a few minutes previously. Why had he stopped his words so abruptly? She didn’t mind others talking, in fact they could ramble on as much as they liked and Dib would not care. She only hoped that others would return the favour. ”I have heard quite a bit about Andere Seite and they seem like the quiet and solemn type.” She paused biting her lip slightly. She would never bad mouth any other pack but she would also never lie. Dib shook her coat out slightly before answering the last part of the question. ”I was born here in Blossom Forest, my mother giving birth in Saw Tooth. I have lived here and been part of my pack since then. Me and my siblings were born around the same time as the heirs of Saw Tooth and so there were quite a few pups in the pack. We all grew up together.” Another grin appeared on the lass’ kissers as she remembered the times her siblings would bound and romp with the princes and princess and the way her and Markus would go and explore. Until that was she thought of how her siblings, along with her father, had disappeared all of a sudden and a slight frown creased her lips. ”You know you don’t have to be frightened of talking to me. You could never ramble as much as me and so I really don’t care. Talk as much as you want.” She smiled reassuringly at Mezic, her words laced with truth. It would be nice to get to know this brute more but she wouldn’t be able to if he didn’t speak. |
