I will never understand why some people's first instinct is to pick up their gun and shoot at an animal. I wish that more people could be educated on alternatives to shooting and killing innocent animals. They need to learn to live with wildlife. It really is amazing how afraid people are of big cats and other predators. Do they realize that we need them in America? I am lucky to be alive after a huge deer ran into my car this past winter. It made me realize that if only we had more predators in Vermont, then maybe the deer population would not be so out of control. Sorry to ramble on and on... Replies:
